• Details here apply to services work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at Tailor Urbanroot (urbanroot.cfd).
• Hem adjustments: Trousers, skirts, and dresses with original finish.
• Waist & side seams: Pinning sessions before permanent stitches.

Zip replacements: Matched tapes and sliders for coats and bags. Jacket shoulders: Light reshaping for better drape.

• Bridal fittings: Multiple fittings with marked muslin notes.
• Rush repairs: Torn seams when events are near.
• Each offering includes a short brief on materials, timing, and what success looks like for a first session.

• Most our services start with a short written brief at Tailor and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket Desk near 106 Jungang-daero.
• Written care notes follow every tailor handoff here and we keep South Korea holiday closures noted on the door card. City regulars know the door note is current.
